7.01. Regulation FD.
On
June 9, 2022, Descrypto Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing the formation of a Strategic Advisory
Board and the appointment of the Strategic Advisory Board’s first
two members, Randall Bast and Maury Gostfrand. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form
8-K.
