Perth, Australia, July 6, 2011 - (ABN Newswire) - Advanced stage uranium explorer Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL.AX) (Other OTC:DYLLF.PK) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned Namibian operating entity, Reptile Uranium Namibia Ltd ('RUN') has made a new alaskite discovery at target MS7, which was recently identified from structural and geological mapping. MS7 is only 2.5 kilometres southwest of the company's Ongolo Alaskite deposit, which has a JORC compliant resource of 6.9 Million tonnes at 410 ppm for 6.2 Million Pounds U3O8 at a 275 ppm cut-off. Ongolo is a key component of the Company's flagship Omahola Project.

Deep Yellow Managing Director Greg Cochran said the company was excited by the results as they demonstrated an enhanced level of structural understanding which enabled such outstanding targeting. He added that he was optimistic that RUN would continue to make similar high grade intercepts along the Ongolo-INCA trend and thereby further augment the Omahola Project resource base.

MS7 discovery and exploration activities

Drilling commenced with four RC rigs on 19 May 2011, with immediate encouragement from chip logging and downhole gamma logging returning high eU3O8 results. Given that it was a new discovery that appears to be geologically aligned with mineralisation at Ongolo where matrix problems (biotite platelets) negated the use of powder XRF (see release dated 13 December 2010), the company took a conservative approach to first do fusion XRF chemical assays before disclosing the results. Although there are believed to be no disequilibrium issues it should be noted that the eU3O8 does not correlate directly with the fusion XRF (or ICP MS) chemical assay values at Ongolo. eU3O8 results at Ongolo could only be utilised once enough comparative statistical data was collected to ensure that the gamma results were accurate - this approach will apply to MS7 as well and cause a slight delay in presenting additional results and specifically the eU3O8 results.

As can be seen from the cross-section of drill holes ARAD209 and 210 in
Figure 2 (see link at the bottom of the release), mineralisation occurs from near surface and given these holes are 100 metres apart across strike, potential exists for up-and-down dip extensions.

To date 60 RC holes have been completed for 12,078 metres with 20 planned holes remaining which will be complete by the end of July. The deepest hole drilled to date is 276 metres, but generally a vertical depth of 200 metres is being tested except where the hole is in mineralisation at that point.

On completion of this planned programme three RC rigs will be redeployed to the Ongolo Resource area to continue the grid drill-out for additional resources while the remaining rig will commence reconnaissance evaluation of MS3 where initially five priority holes will be completed out of a possible 25, pending results.

INCA FS follow-up results

RUN has now completed 46 RC holes and one diamond hole at INCA FS for a total of 7,700 metres since the discovery hole INCR388 was announced in November 2010 and follow-up evaluation drilling recommenced on 21 April 2011. Drilling was initially all 60 degree inclined until 11 May 2011, when this approach was changed to vertical drilling as a result of the complex structure. The deepest hole drilled to date is 205 metres and generally a vertical depth of 150 metres is being tested.

Ongolo Alaskite deposit update

Infill grid drilling continued after announcement of the initial JORC resource until the RC rigs were moved to MS7. Encouragingly, assays received from this drilling continue to deliver promising results that are likely to increase the JORC Code Resource Estimate.

RUN has two diamond drill rigs on site completing 10 HQ core holes following the recommendations of its resource consultants, Coffey Mining, to infill certain portions of the resource area at 25 metre spacing. This should allow for a better understanding of the structure enhancing confidence and allowing Coffey to revisit its interpretation with the objective of further increasing the size of and confidence in the resource. The RC portion of this exercise has been delayed in favour of assessing the outer perimeters of the resource area and to determine whether it joins up with MS7 and potentially to MS3, MS8 and ultimately INCA, INCA S and then INCA FS.

The distance from Ongolo in the north to INCA FS is approximately 15 kilometres.

Conclusion

Commenting on the regional geology of this part of RUN's exploration tenements, Greg Cochran acknowledged that the company has much drilling to complete to fully understand the intriguing mineralisation system that has now been located intermittently over many kilometres. He added that the Company's geologists were busy unravelling the complex structural history and controls on localisation of the high-grade areas of mineralisation, thus allowing more effective targeting.

The alaskite, which occurs over many hundreds of square kilometres in the area, hosts a number of low, medium and higher-grade deposits of uranium generally containing between 100 and 250 ppm U3O8. These grades, in DYL's estimation, are not currently economically viable which drives its exploration strategy of looking for and only reporting on those areas with plus 400 ppm U3O8 and by employing cut-off grades of 250 to 275 ppm U3O8.

More High Grade Intercepts Extend Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) Ongolo Alaskite Resource Area

The Ongolo Alaskite deposit is a key component of the Company's flagship Omahola Project in Namibia.

Deep Yellow Managing Director Greg Cochran said the results were positive and augmented the company's recently announced maiden JORC resource estimate at Ongolo of 6.9 Million tonnes at 410 ppm for 6.2 Million Pounds U3O8 at a 275 ppm cut-off (ASX 12 May 2011).

The ongoing grid drilling programme has extended the high-grade mineralised zones within a wider area of lower grade alaskite mineralisation to the south-southwest of Ongolo. The assay results are provided in Appendix 1 (see link at the bottom of the release) with selected highlights below. In keeping with DYL's past announcements only intersections with grades in excess of 400 ppm U3O8 are given:

- ALAR169 16 metres at 714 ppm U3O8 from 247 metres
- ALAR290 11 metres at 434 ppm U3O8 from 122 metres
- ALAR302 11 metres at 713 ppm U3O8 from 108 metres
- ALAR313 12 metres at 429 ppm U3O8 from 95 metres

A number of mineralised holes which also had high-grade downhole gamma logging results are still in the process of being assayed. Two diamond rigs remain within the grid area continuing with the programme conducting infill drilling which will also be used to obtain samples for future metallurgical testwork.

The four RC rigs have now been moved to a new area approximately 2.5 kilometres to the southwest to test the newly-identified MS7 zone which was recently interpreted from structural and geological mapping. This and a second, similar interpreted zone at MS3, which both have the potential for additional high grade alaskite intersections, will be tested.

An additional RC drilling programme has commenced at one of the company's 'INCA Lookalike' targets, known as INCA Far South which can also be seen in Figure 1, annotated as 'INCA FS'.

This programme will test the extent of mineralisation around one of the first reconnaissance holes, INCR388 which intersected 11 metres at 1,100 ppm eU3O8 as tested by downhole gamma probe logging, which was announced to the ASX on 17 November 2010.

It is expected that initial chemical assay results from both MS7 and INCA FS will be available during July 2011.

REGIONAL PROGRAMME
Reptile geologists are systematically investigating the source of airborne radiometric and magnetic
anomalies throughout the EPLs and although at an early stage it is evident that a number of
substantial new prospects exist that were not investigated or discovered in the 1970s and early
1980s uranium rush.
Sampling Procedure
The centre of each airborne anomaly is targeted as an initial datum and rapid ground traversing
with a hand held scintillometer / spectrometer is undertaken in order to identify peak values and
possible visible mineralisation. Composite samples are then collected at the peak uranium
anomalous site for assay. These samples are most likely positively biased and not representative
of the entire outcrop/anomaly area. Notes taken include rock (host) type, distribution and style of
mineralisation, structure and potential prospectivity. From this a ranking system then prioritises
areas for follow-up ground work and to identify potential scout drill sections.
Outcropping Carnotite Mineralisation in Calcretised Channel-fill (Site: Ripnes CB 3-1)
Results
The samples are grouped by EPL and only the style of mineralisation and not host rock type listed.
Secondary relates to transported and re-precipitated uranium in gypcrete and calcrete hosts.
Primary relates to mineralisation that is an integral part of the rock even though sampled material
could be accumulations of secondary uranium minerals on its surface.

The suite of highgrade uranium assays (as U3O8) from the first round of ground truthing of
airborne radiometric and magnetic anomalies is a major step up in highlighting the prospectivity
of the entire tenement area outside of the known historic uranium deposits. The results together
with the recently announced discovery and drilling of uranium bearing magnetite – iron oxide
breccias (ASX 22 January, 2008) and of the soon to be drilled mineralised Alaskite occurrences
also adds significantly to this prospectivity.
The search for Langer Heinrich style uranium mineralisation in deeper palaeochannels will
commence soon with the arrival of an airborne electromagnetic survey system.

MAGNETITE - IRON OXIDE HOSTED URANIUM DISCOVERY
RC DRILLING CONFIRMS URANIUM MINERALISATION AT DEPTH
The Directors wish to announce early success from limited drilling to test the depth potential of the
uranium mineralisation associated with magnetite-iron oxide outcrops (ASX 19 December 2007).
Two 60 degree angled RC drill holes were completed in December, one to 150 m and the other
that was meant to terminate at 200 m was curtailed at 127 m due to rig problems, but will be
deepened at a future date.
The holes were radiometrically (gamma) logged and although only the preliminary XRF assay data
from the obviously uranium mineralised sections has been received, the Directors decided given
the potential economic importance of this discovery and recognition of this unknown style of
mineralisation in this area that it should be reported to the ASX at this early stage.
The radiometric gamma logs indicate wide zones of uranium mineralisation with equivalent values
around 100 ppm U3O8; and narrower zones at higher concentrations. It is the latter that have been
assayed and are reported on below. The final uranium assays plus other elements (base metals,
iron and thorium) are expected by mid-February and will be reported on when available.

from the airborne data this magnetic horizon (hosting the mineralisation) has been traced for
5,000 m along strike. Diamond drilling of the AM 1, 2 and 3 section will be required to better
understand this discovery and will be undertaken when a suitable contractor is sourced.
The discovery of this magnetite-iron oxide hosted uranium mineralisation and it’s possible
economic importance is significant and given the fact that holes AM 1 and 2 were sited only
where access was easily available and prior to any ground truthing of the airborne
anomalies has been done adds to the intrigue of the discovery.

Agree to a Farm-in and Establishment of a
Joint Venture on Five Uranium Projects in Queensland
The Boards of Deep Yellow Ltd (ASX code “DYL”) and Dragon Energy Ltd (Dragon) are pleased to announce
they have reached agreement for the Farm-in by Dragon of a majority interest in five DYL uranium projects
located in Queensland (covering some 2,600 sq km and spread across nine tenements – refer attachment 1).
Essentially, the proposal provides Dragon with the opportunity to acquire 75% of each of the DYL properties by
sole funding certain expenditure on the Tenements on the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
Furthermore Dragon will have the opportunity to maximise its ownership of the properties in the future by paying
for the proven in-ground resource on terms referred to below.
Finalisation of the transaction is subject to normal commercial terms and the proposed admission of Dragon to
the Official List of the ASX no later than 28th June 2008.
While these properties are prospective, they were acquired during a period when DYL was putting an extensive
land portfolio together and prior to its present Board’s decision to concentrate efforts in select exploration areas
where the Company now holds large tracts of land under tenure and bases have been established. This left the
projects subject to this agreement somewhat geographically isolated and the divestment is in accordance with
DYL’s previously stated strategy of focusing its management and resources on the chosen priority exploration
areas in Mt Isa, Gawler Craton and Namibia.
DYL will continue to benefit from the opportunity provided to Dragon, which as a new company will be able to
better focus on and fully evaluate and explore the tenements. If this is successful it will result in significant
returns to DYL shareholders. Dragon will benefit from a focused and energetic evaluation of a portfolio of
potential uranium exploration opportunities.
The principal commercial terms are as follows:
A. CONSIDERATION
1. A$500,000 in cash made up as follows:
a) Dragon has made an upfront payment of A$50,000 in cash on the signing of the Farm-in and Joint
Venture Agreement.
b) A final cash payment of A$450,000 will be paid by Dragon out of the financial proceeds realised
from the proposed listing on the ASX.
2. During the Sole Funding Period, Dragon may earn a 75% interest in the Tenements by spending
$3,000,000 on the following terms:
a) An initial 25% beneficial interest in the Tenements by incurring Expenditure of $1,000,000;
b) A 50% beneficial interest in the Tenements by incurring an additional $1,000,000 of Expenditure;
and
c) A 75% legal and beneficial interest in the Tenements by incurring a further $1,000,000 of
Expenditure.

3. If, during the Sole Funding Period, Dragon makes a discovery in the Tenements of a JORC Code
compliant inferred mineral resource of at least an aggregate of 5,000 tonne of uranium, Dragon will be
deemed to have satisfied the earn-in requirements in Clause 2 above and to have earned a 75% legal
and beneficial interest in the Tenements.
B. OTHER RELEVANT ITEMS
1. A joint venture agreement (JVA) will be entered into once Dragon has reached the full earn in of 75%.
Dragon will be the Manager of that JVA.
2. Effective immediately Dragon will pay all outgoings and maintain all the tenements and keep them in good
standing. DYL will provide all relevant assistance until the transaction is completed and ownership can be
transferred.
3. DYL will have no representation on the board of Dragon.
4. Upon completion of a bankable feasibility study (BFS) each party will have the right to decide whether to
participate in mining operations within the area that is the subject of the study. If one party decides not to
participate in mining operations then the other party will have the right to acquire the relevant JVA interest
for 15% of the in-ground value of the uranium as referenced (defined by JORC Code in lbs and multiplied
by the current uranium spot price per lb) in the BFS. At election the consideration may be any
combination of cash and shares, shares held by either party to be limited to no more than 19.9% of the
issued share capital of the other party at the time.
The DYL Board’s rationale for the sale of these tenements is to allow DYL to focus on its advanced exploration
projects in Namibia, the Mt. Isa district and other priority regional targets close to already established DYL bases
and personnel throughout Australia. In addition DYL will be able to realise an immediate return in cash terms
from the projects and deploy this cash to priority projects. Last but not least there is the opportunity to further
benefit DYL’s shareholders through the retention of a significant direct stake in each project.

TUBAS JORC CODE INFERRED RESOURCE
Deep Yellow Limited (DYL) advises that Geomine Consulting Namibia CC (Geomine) have
provided its wholly owned Namibian subsidiary Reptile Uranium Namibia (RUN) with an Inferred
Mineral Resource estimate (reported to JORC Code standard) for the Tubas project based on the
historical data reported by Anglo American Prospecting Services (Anglo) from their work on the
deposit during the 1970’s and early 1980’s which ended in a feasibility study being undertaken.
The Inferred Mineral Resource totals 77.3 million tonne at 0.023% (228 ppm) U3O8 at a cut-off
grade of 100 ppm U3O8 for 17,600 tonne or 38.8 million pounds of contained U3O8.
This resource estimate refers to mineralisation occurring within a 14 by 8 kilometre (96 km2)
channel system referred to as A-Block that contains widespread shallow secondary uranium
mineralisation in the form of carnotite. Within the A-Block area 384 holes were drilled on a 1,000
by 250 m grid. Data was also available for two more detailed grids within A-Block, namely BBlock
and D-Block. B-Block covers 3 km2 within which 90 holes were drilled on a 250 by 125 m
grid. D-Block covers 4 km2 within which 199 holes were drilled on a 200 by 200 m (and later
partially in-filled to 100 by 100 m) grid.
Geomine reported a range of resource estimates using cut-off grades between 50 and 200 ppm
U3O8. Estimates were generated using a simplified area-of-influence polygon method using
uranium grades based on assay results. The data set used for this resource determination was
obtained from integrating the borehole data from the A-Block, B-Block and D-Block as described
above. A bulk density of 1.8 tonne per m3, as determined by Anglo was used in this estimate.
Geomine caution that due to the elements of uncertainty introduced by the wide-spaced drill
pattern for A-Block that the level of confidence in the resource estimate is low, especially in ABlock
where the exceedingly large polygons can easily lead to an overestimation of the resource.
Accordingly, Geomine have classified the Tubas deposit as delineated by Anglo as an Inferred
Mineral Resource under the JORC Code which covers situations whereby although mineralisation
has been identified and limited measurements and sampling (drill holes) are available there is
insufficient data to allow grade/tonnage continuity to confidently interpolated between drill holes.
The resource estimate for the combined Blocks B and D have a relatively higher level of
confidence as the polygons are smaller and more detailed data were available. It can also be
assumed that the bulk of the Tubas Project resources are found in the Blocks B and D area.

RUN Exploration Data
RUN has been conducting RC drilling in the southern and central portion of Anglo’s A-Block and to
date has completed 722 holes (18,304 m) on various grid spacings as previously reported. None
of this data has been used by Geomine in their resource estimate. It is envisaged that once the drill
hole collars have been surveyed and assays are received that the RUN drill data will be
incorporated into the Inferred Resource estimate -so raising confidence levels on a regular basis.

MIRANDA PROSPECT DRILLING – UPDATE
The Directors of Deep Yellow (DYL) are pleased to announce that they have received highly
encouraging assay results for about half the samples from the RC percussion drill programme now
completed on the Miranda Prospect, 75 km northeast of Mt Isa, Queensland.
The Directors consider that some of the wider intercepts returned indicate that the Miranda
Prospect has tonnage potential and that further drilling in the 2008 field season is
warranted.
Most significant wide intercepts include:
• Hole DMRC-0008 32 m at 625 ppm U3O8 from 3 m
• Hole DMRC-0009 25 m at 654 ppm U3O8 from 14 m
The drill programme totalling 16 holes for 1,962 m was carried out on three sections over 100 m
strike of the outcropping area of the Miranda radiometric anomaly as follow-up to DYL’s 2006 drill
holes, DMRC-0001 (12 m at 960 ppm U3O8 from 9 m) and DMRC-0002 (3 m at 730 ppm U3O8
from 43 m.) The Miranda Prospect is located on EPM14281 which is subject to the NW
Queensland JV with Matrix Metals Ltd.

radiometric survey has greatly increased the uranium prospectivity of a number of tenements
which form part of the NW Queensland Joint Venture with Matrix Metals Ltd (Matrix).
MT ISA REGIONAL PROGRAMME
In May 2007 DYL contracted UTS Geophysics to fly 5,470 line kilometre of low level radiometrics
and magnetics over nine selected target areas within its tenement holdings in the Mt Isa district.
The 100 metre line spaced data greatly enhanced the definition and delineation of uranium
anomalous zones within DYL’s original 400 metre line spaced data set. The newly acquired data
was processed in-house and a series of targets developed for ground checking/reconnaissance
mapping. A total of 109 anomalies deemed worthy of ground follow-up were identified after a firstpass
review of the data.

On 5th October 2007 DYL reported to the ASX assay results on high grade rockchip samples from
the first phase of helicopter supported mapping and sampling of 56 of the 109 uranium anomalies
being evaluated mainly to the north and northeast of Mt Isa.
The second phase of mapping and sampling reported here was based mainly out of Cloncurry
covering the White Range Project area. A further three days was spent evaluating ground to the
north of Matrix’s Mt Cuthbert copper mine. All of the 109 anomalies identified through the initial
interpretation of the airborne survey data have now been visited with only a few of the sites being
in terrain too rugged to land the helicopter, remaining for ground checking at a later date.

Sampling Procedure
At each anomaly, the centre of the airborne uranium anomaly was targeted as an initial GPS
datum. Rapid ground traversing with a hand held scintillometer (or spectrometer) was undertaken
in order to identify peak outcrop values and possible visible mineralisation. Samples for assay
were collected at and around the peak uranium anomalous site. These samples are positively
biased and not representative of the entire outcrop/anomaly area however, they are being used as
a ‘driver’ to identify potential scout drill sections.

In the Mt Cuthbert area within EPMs 14282 and 11025 uranium mineralisation is associated with
granitic rocks and felsic intrusives. At Anomaly 78 – Warwick - highgrade samples assaying up to
1.17% U3O8 were collected over 80 m strike and are associated with narrow chlorite-sericite schist
zones and more ‘mafic’ layers within the felsic rock similar to the mineralisation at the Miranda
Prospect to the south (see Figure 2). At Anomaly 77 – Six Mile - 950 ppm U3O8 was returned
from a massive granite outcrop with red porphyritic phases returning high background counts.
Elsewhere in the district granitic outcrops have returned anomalous uranium values and have been
designated for follow-up in 2008. Anomaly 94 (ASX 5 October, 2007) was revisited ahead of
planned drilling with further sampling returning an assay of 0.645% U3O8 against a previously
reported high of 0.285% U3O8.
The Company’s drilling contractor has confirmed 15 December as the date for demobilising. An
attempt will be made to schedule drilling at Anomaly 78 prior the shut down. It is now doubtful that
a diamond drilling rig for Queens Gift Prospect will be sourced this year.

To the south of Cloncurry rockchip sampling of airborne radiometric anomalies on the White Range
JV tenements returned numerous elevated uranium assays. Most of these anomalies lie along
linear northwest trending fractures and lithologic contacts within pelitic sediments. Typically these
features form ferruginous/siliceous ridge tops and are often coincident with small copper shows.
Several of these structural linears or corridors have recently been drill-tested for copper-gold
mineralisation by Matrix, particularly along the Sierra, Greenmount and Leopard Lines.
Most of the uranium anomalous samples comprise highly leached ferruginous/gossanous lode
material, registering as only modestly radioactive with hand-held scintillometers. Some anomalies
occur in sheared metasediment adjacent to siliceous/ferruginous ridgetops. The exception is
sample WR 004 -Toby Barty, taken from a small copper working, which exposed visible torbernite
in relatively fresh siltstone. This sample returned 1.14% U3O8. A percussion hole drilled directly
beneath this site, (TBRC 01) returned 400 ppm U3O8 from a one metre sample registering only 2 x
background. Although rather spotty and discontinuous, many of these ground-checked anomalies
warrant follow-up radiometric surveying and downhole probing of available percussion drillholes.
The results from the sampling programme in the White Range area compliment Matrix’s extensive
uranium anomalous database which formed the basis for DYL’s initial move into the ‘Mt Isa
Province’.

The latest assay results together with the results of the previous helicopter supported geological
mapping and sampling programme continues to identify priority drill targets for 2008 in ground held
by Matrix Metals. Under Agreement with Matrix Metals through the NW Queensland Joint Venture,
DYL is earning 80% interest in the uranium rights to these tenements and has the right to 100% by
buying out Matrix’s retained 20% on each individual deposit (ASX 20 February 2006).

this year, the reconnaissance program has developed targets for testing in the 2008 field season.

geologists and field assistants commenced a helicopter supported ‘anomaly validation programme’ in
August 2007. To date a total of 56 of the 109 anomalies generated within a 100 km radius north and
northeast of Mt Isa have been inspected, mapped and sampled as warranted.

The field checking also provided information on the style of mineralisation, alteration, rock types and the
local extent of ‘mineralisation’ as indicated by ground scintillometer traversing. Within EPM 14916
located 85 km north of Mt Isa and 35 km northeast of DYL’s Queens Gift Prospect uranium
mineralisation at the various prospects is hosted by basalts and siltstones of the Eastern Creek
Volcanics sequence which hosts both the Queens Gift and the Valhalla uranium deposits.
Mineralisation is associated with intense haematite alteration with weak to intense breccia
development. All of the above features together with the assay values have been used to prioritise
anomalies for drilling in 2007.
Within EPM 14281 uranium mineralisation is hosted by chloritic shear zones developed through granite.
The Miranda North Prospect is located 450 metres north of the DYL’s Miranda Prospect. RC percussion

Of the 56 targets inspected, 12 were ranked as immediate drill targets; 12 requiring follow-up mapping
and prospecting in 2007; 11 follow-up targets for 2008, and 21 anomalies were down graded as being
due to lithological responses typical of the relatively high uranium background in the Mt Isa district.
The targets highlighted for immediate drill follow-up are highlighted in Table 1.

In mid-October the helicopter supported reconnaissance programme will recommence with a focus on
targets developed to the south and southeast of Mt Isa/Cloncurry with the majority of targets falling
within tenements held through Agreement with Matrix Metals. Targets/prospects developed from this
programme will be followed up after the wet season break in March/April 2008.
The assay results together with geological mapping have clearly identified EPM’s 14916, 14281 held by
Matrix Metals as containing a number of priority drill targets. Under Agreement with Matrix Metals
through the NW Queensland Joint Venture, DYL is earning 80% interest in the uranium rights to these
tenements and has the right to 100% by buying out Matrix’s retained 20% on each individual deposit
(ASX 20 February 2006).

300 ppm U3O8.

As previously announced Deep Yellow’s wholly owned Namibian subsidiary Reptile Uranium
Namibia (Pty) LTD (RUN) is conducting a vertical RC drilling campaign aimed at defining JORC
Standard resources within the 1970’s drilled Tubas prospect of Anglo American. To date 424
holes have been drilled for a total of 10,785 metre.
The uranium mineralisation occurs as recent secondary concentrations of carnotite in gypcrete
from the surface (in places) that quickly grades into aeolian and fluviatile sands. Mineralisation is
typically restricted to a maximum depth of 30 m and historically was reported by Anglo American to
rarely exceed 4 m in thickness and rarely exceed an average of 300 ppm U3O8
over the
mineralised zone.
RUN’s grid drilling has varied from 50 m spacing to 100 m and lately to 200 m spacing as can be
seen on the attached map and is aimed at augmenting the historical data to allow Deep Yellow’s
consultants to determine JORC resources on an ongoing basis which will eventually encompass
the entire 14 by 4 km area of known mineralisation at Tubas. Initial resource numbers are expected
within two months.

It is very encouraging that not only is the RUN drilling returning higher grades on average to those
that Anglo reported in general; but it is also finding much thicker zones of mineralisation (as
depicted above) at much higher grades than Anglo ever reported.

Although downhole radiometric logging is being done on all holes drilled, the Company will not
report equivalent U3O8
values until the disequilibrium factors are statistically proven.
