Indeed - .0233 started last week.

Some people say this ticker has NEVER been diluted!

DGWR seems to be marketed relatively honestly, for an OTC stock. That's actually a downside, because the stock price depends a lot more on the company actually making money, and a lot less on bogus hype like complete scam tickers are.

Is it actually fair to say the OS is "extremely low", seeing that the reason it is "extremely low" is due to the 1:1500 reverse split that rendered my shares basically worthless?

Now they have 2,980,909,988 shiny new shares available to dilute.

Aw man. You should have asked him/her what our "investment" will be worth once these guys finishing diluting 3 billion shares and do another reverse split. 

100% agree. Anyone who invested in this scam company has taken a complete loss. $10,000 in shares a couple of years ago is worth pennies today.

When acquisitions are funded by ever-increasing dilution, any increase in market cap doesn't help individual investors.

There is no "value" in acquiring a business and then mismanaging it into decline like DGWR management has consistently done.

This company is growing with this new acquisition. Market cap is around 200k

If you factor in reverse splits and dilution, this was trading at the equivalent of one dollar two years ago. Now it's trading at one penny. My math said that's a "growth" of NEGATIVE 99%. I know, because I've unfortunately been stuck here for way too long and don't expect to ever make my investment back.

So pretty much all of the volume the last few weeks has just been more dilution. Each of the last 3 SS updates added about a million more shares. There is no escape, just like all the others.
