IMO great stuff is coming. Hardly any sells between .0025 and .004 the past few weeks. Once the right news hits this goes multi pennies easily. All these shares in this area are being accumulated for a reason.

Looks like the tortilla machine is on the fritz again. Tonight ain't gonna be Taco Tuesday.

Better off Miguel selling the shell to somebody who will do something.  SS is great for a stock trading in the .00's. Just need somebody with a pulse running things. This could be a huge penny runner.

Strange how 176k shows as a "sell" when the Bid was never that high (was 25). Someone hit the Ask made the 35s disappear to the Ask now at 36.

Well, the steady.....albeit moderate buying continues. It is as if someone (somebody) is trying to accumulate shares without taking it up too much too fast. I have seen no social media pump posts about this stock anywhere. Whether that be here, stocktwits, X, discord, etc. So that is a very good sign.

As for what is coming? I have nothing specific, and nor should I, but I talked to a person involved not long ago and again, while nothing specific was talked about, I got a very strong inkling that they are heading in a new and more exciting direction as far as the company they are going to bring in for a merger. With the new Trump economy happening and all of the business that is starting to emerge as a result, from AI to Healthcare and even real estate development in other parts of the world (Gaza, Ukraine etc), I am very much looking forward to what is going to be announced here.

Exact same reason why I’m still in, and added more on the bottom last year. If Goldquest drops news during that last disaster of an administration , they completely waste all their investment on this Shell.
Nothing has run well since all that, I agree 💯 on this. If it was a trash shell they would’ve diluted like all these other OTC plays.
Not a real big fan of Cooley, would be nice for Cooley to get off the shell. Worth the risk imo also.

I’m not talking about any of that when I mention you a lot of what you said in this post is correct and is common sense and the reason I’m holding also.

What I’m talking about is the constant implication that you are “in the know” saying vague things here and there and when questioned about it you say things like “through the grapevine” or you just straight up backtrack, it looks dishonest and is exactly what I-Glow is doing just he’s working from the otherside acting like he’s in the know about it being a scam but when you ask him for proof it’s just a bunch of Twitter post and conspiracy theories.

I have no idea who you are, but I have been in this stock for 3 years now and have been a buyer from .01 down to .001. So needless to say I am down. And not a small amount either. But the reason why I believe in this company is:

No dilution in many years...and trust me they could have.
The OS is very low for a .003 stock.
Kept up to date on filings. Which cost $$$. Why do that unless you are going to make this happen? Especially the past 3 years with Biden in office?
I know one of the insiders and he/she has kept the faith that this will happen. I have an inkling into what the actual next merger could be. Nothing specific. Just an inkling in a general market. Could be spectacular.
The CEO, for all of his faults, does want this to be a success. Again, no dilution. This could have RS 2 times already. They didn't.
The equity markets are all opening up since Trump took office and once again de regulated things financially. Money is flowing again. There is a reason why there was almost no movement in the financial markets since Biden took office. Because he was a pariah. Reverse mergers and M & A's and SPACS are all going to pick up again now that Trump is back.
The OTC is going to allow former grey and non filing companies to start trading this summer on a regulated market. That means more liquidity in the overall OTC.

All of that adds up in my mind to a risk worth taking.

You’re right , a lot of money in the OTC when all that speculation was happening, with no news. Then the pump killed it quick , but with no news from Miguel it woulda sold off anyways. Still a risky shell, still holding for big news. Great advice that a discord could be loading up. I agree, but staying optimistically bullish.

I know everyone is excited that the stock is actually doing something after all this time but just look at it as nothing until you see Sanchez or someone affiliated with the company say something.

Again, with this share structure this would be the perfect stock for pump and dump discords, just be cautious and temper your expectations lol

No, laidback pumped it to 0.07 in 2022, the pump in 2021 was built off of speculation of Sanchez making GQG the company that the stock was meant for when it was revealed that it was a start up company with GQC everyone dumped.

Don’t listen to I-Glow or Threeflight because neither of them knows what’s going on and they’ll disappear when the stock goes in a direction that doesn’t benefit their talking points, Glow is actually infamous for that.

Yeah buying is still there. Almost no real selling.

And no that isn't him. He doesn't own any.

Only time will tell, but am hearing good things are in the works.

The pump to 10 cents was pumped by Laidback in 2021 or whenever that .10 range was hit. There was never real price discovery, no news, all a pump. So that 97% is artificial FUD. $AVVH

Imagine when we get a heavy volume day. This stock is thin.

AVVH maybe the best single buy on on the OTC as of today. No dilution in years. Filing. M & A announcement imminent.

Chart and the buying says it is ready to roll. There is a reason why the owners of this shell have not diluted a share in 4 years.

They are hanging onto every share they can due to what is coming.

Another day of buying on the Ask with no news.
Reached a new 52 week high....with no news.
Keep your eyes and ears open. News must be close.

Buying has commenced. Look how we have reached a 52 week high in stock price. 
It is not high volume buying. Just imagine when volume arrives one day. 
The mystery is....is this recent volume due to speculation of something happening soon with AVVH ...or has some insider knowledge leaked out creating this buying?

That is because no one is selling. But the buyers are there if needed. Once the action begins with the company things will pick up.

The financial volume in the range of $200-500 per day does not tell me much. At the moment only small traders. Let's see if there will be an increase in interest in the coming days .

Sept 2023 there was a tweet that they would begin to interview auditing firms.

The Q3 ER released on April 2024 began with the statement that an audit is in process for the year ending 2022 and 2023.

The name and symbol change appears to be on hold as it may be due to a change in business strategy of what to do with the AVVH shell.

How long has AVVH been promising audited financials?

And the amended Quarterly report AVVH still hasn't generated any revenue.

A corrected Q was posted today. 
The quarterly reports will not be audited. The annual statements will be the ones audited in the future. 

These clowns can't even do a balance sheet right...you're dreaming....look at assets and liabilities in 8/31 filing don't match.....auditors (if that is even real) will have a field day with this POS....shame otc did not catch

We are very close here with AVVH. From what I was informed, this past Q was the last hurdle to cross as far as the coming merger. Obviously they are spending money on these audits for a specific reason. Hope and expect to hear about this all very soon.

Again, the OS has stayed the same for years. No dilution. That should tell you something.

What audits - audited financials were supposed to happen in the past.

That has been 1 year and 4 months ago and still no Audited financials.
