      How long has Sanchez been promising audited financials - there can't be a merger with a CE company.

      Sanchez has been in control of AVVH since April 26, 2021 and it is still a shell risk.

      Last Q - Total Assets = $2,003
      Still no revenue - so you want everyone to believe that it has 3 years and 8 months 'but now it is very close.

      This last Q had $25K of expenses compared to $3K in Q1. Hopefully that is a sign of things being close. I believe it is the highest expense reported in a Q since the reverse merger.

      When is Cooley going to do something?

      He stayed on with TNBI but his name was removed but he is still involved as he was with all of the OTC shells he sold.

      Cooley doesn't walk away with nothing.

      It was never disclosed what Krisa paid for the AVVH shell from SSM - and it was never disclosed what Omnis paid Krisa (Cooley) for the AVVH shell.

      No transparency and still no revenue.

      But AVVH has a Form 211 filed and they aren't a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.

      If a hijacked shell doesn't have a 211 filed it is a Dead stock walking - it can't be resurrected.

      Yes, the past SSM shells have been a disaster. Cooley was involved with selling those shells to other people/businesses. What those people did to those shells is not Cooley's responsibility.

      Cooley is still actively involved with AVVH behind the scene. He has a vested interest in seeing this one succeed. Time will tell what ultimately happens here.

      Doxxing isn't illegal - there isn't any Federal laws against doxxing.

      They can be posted on X or Bluesky.

      Doxxing on iHub is against the TOS.

      But I know that AVVH is a scam - Sanchez is a puppet for Cooley - as Cooley was behind SSM Monopoly.

      And all of the SSM Monopoly hijacked shells have been a disaster.

      One thing is for certain....Q2 closed at the end of November. The Q2 ER is due to be released by Jan. 15. 
      While the quarterly is not going to be audited, hopefully there will still be some indication of life or information about changes forthcoming.

      I am fully expecting AVVH to announce a new acquisition very soon. The OTC market, and the larger markets in general, are already starting to see a rise in M & As and new financing deals due to Trump coming in. Stock market is doing well. Crypto is booming. Money is starting to flow again. With ZERO dilution taking place here, and with such a low market cap? Any deal sends this to new highs very quickly. I continue to add every week.

      I would never invest in a OTC stock - the OTC is for trading not investing.

      AVVH is down 98% since it was hijacked.

      I did tell my friend to buy at $0.0005 and get out at $0.09 but he procrastinated and didn't get between $0.075 and $0.05. I knew that AVVH was going to be pumped because there had been 3 fake 8-Ks filed.

      His initial investment was $5000 - he made about $600,000 but I had to push him to get out because he thought it might go higher.

      The outstanding share count for AVVH has not changed in 2 years. 966 million. They have kept up to date on all of their filings. That cost $$$. Would a scam do that?

      Of course not. Give me a break.

      Scams do not do that. They do the opposite.

      Very soon imo, we will see a PR issues by this company that will blow the doors off of this stock. Remember....we have not seen many OTC stocks do anything since 2020 or so. With the new administration coming in early next year and making financing much easier? I am very enthused with that I feel is coming.

      The T.A is reporting there are 966M outstanding shares. The T.A. updates the share structure daily.
      Are you implying that because AVVH is not a SEC reporting company, they can introduce unreported shares into the float? Are you saying there is the possibility that the outstanding share count is higher than the 966M reported by the T.A.? If so, please explain how that is possible. How can freely tradeable shares be outside of the domain of the T.A.? How can they be traded? I will validate your response with the T.A.
