I said it in the post…the bagholders, the flippers, penny stocks not having the volume they used to and no merger speculation which was the reason this ran so hard in the first place.

It’s definitely going to go a lot further than it is now on decent news but don’t let pumpers fool you, it’s not going anywhere near what it was before.

You guys are really underestimating people holding the bag on this stock just because it’s quiet, once this hits copper there’s going to be a ton of dumping.

And how do you come to this conclusion?

Logically 0.01-0.02 is probably the ceiling for this stock due to there being so many bagholders and probably a lot of people who bought low and are ready to flip. Sorry to burst bubbles here but this stock will never see 0.05-0.10 and beyond for the foreseeable future I’m definitely confident with 0.01-0.02 though but like I said that’s when a lot of bagholders are going to be headed for the door and people who are buying right now are going to flip.

If this was 2021 id say news would definitely move this to atleast 0.05-0.07 with its share structure but its not, a lot of people have been burned by penny stocks from that era and we simply don’t have the volume in this market to pull that off.

Oh, I’m not accusing you of pumping dude, you are putting things together with information that’s available to all of us, you aren’t here saying that GQC isn’t going to be a thing and that the company is going into an entirely different direction and saying those things with no credible evidence and sources.

You have to agree though that the public information I have posted leads one to believe something is coming close. I am not pumping anything other than public info and speculating that something appears to be happening soon.

Why coming out with audited financials? If this was just a shell, what would be the purpose for that?

Why is someone investing $100,000 into the stock with the value of the stock being more than half of what he just invested? He is obviously expecting it to go higher in the future. He needs .004 just to break even.

I do know Sanchez is raising funds from investors directly. He even mentioned it in his shareholder letter.
As you had mentioned before, money dried up in this economy. I'm sure that has been one of the catalysts for this long delay.
If he has changed direction from his original idea of what to do with AVVH, then we just have to be patient. That will also explain why there has been no rush to change stock symbol.

Some people assume the silence over the past 3 years is due to this being a fraud. Yet, NO dilution has happened. How can this be a fraud?

Also, looking at the financials, you can see someone bought $100k worth of preferred shares with an equivalent value of .004. He bought knowing he is immediately underwater. Obviously something is brewing behind the scene and AVVH has no interest in pumping the stock. Seems their strategy is to come out with a banger of news.

Let's see what happens within the next 2 months.

How many years ago did Sanchez state he had filed for a name change.

Since AVVH isn't a SEC reporting company they can't create new issuances of stock ergo no dilution.

Sanchez stated years ago that there was going to be revenue.

You posted that you talked with Sanchez and said he would never sale the AVVH shell. Sanchez has lied to investors so many times he has Zero credibility.

Anyone doing real DD understands the last place you go for truthful information - Sanchez told you what you wanted to hear - but I doubt you spoke with him - just more pumping nonsense.

Why would AVVH want to go through the process of having audited financials if it were a non operating shell....which OTC Markets has confirmed is NOT a shell risk.
Obviously something is finally developing with AVVH.
Many have waited years for this day.

The whispers are from other posters on this board. I have never said I had any first hand knowledge of any merger.

The facts are the following:
AVVH has publicly stated they are going to release "audited" yearly financial statements. The due date for their annual is the end of August.

Why would AVVH want to have "audited" financials of a company that shows no operations yet? What is the need for that?
Something is brewing behind the scenes.

Miguel acquired AVVH as a vehicle to be able to raise funds from investors. Read the shareholder letter. This is being done behind the scene. It has been a slower process than originally expected due to the slowdown and change of the economy.

Miguel has mentioned AVVH specifically in interviews. Just because it has been stagnant to shareholders does not mean it is abandoned.

Hopefully more will be revealed soon.
