An industry related comment from today’s call…..

at Carnivore Trading that just ended. I think there is something to consider here. This is not investment advice.

Carl Desantis was an investor in CELH that died last year. He was a billionaire.

Dutch, who regularly appears on Liz Clamen on Fox Business thinks the continued drop in the share price might be because his estate is selling off his holdings.

Dutch thinks that if that is why the huge drop has occurred, there could be an entry point coming.

Pepsi has a large stake in CELH.

Also, Lena’s license renewal with the state is due the end of this month. Will we see a new owner listed?

Its been thin a long time but has been flying under the radar.

Today's spread held up nicely, .0036x.0037, for much of the day. I was expecting the bid to collapse in the afternoon, with just 20K showing at .0036 and a couple million on the ask at .0037, but no one apparently wanted to whack the bid. The action hadn't looked so nice in quite a while; decent volume, too. Let's see what next week brings.

was said a “simple search” showed APRU was involved with Lena.

Of course all it showed was Tony filed with Illinois.

But now showing Lena Brewing Company, LLC is a valid entity requires more than a simple search?

Biggest endorsement of Tony is I know two people on the OTC who take payments to pump trash and they both call Tony a liar. Unfortunately for them they don't get paid overtime to talk to each other all night. Happy posting you two ❤️

In this case it doesn’t even prove existence. There is no LLC by such a name.

Tony regularly lies in his disclosures, so this Q2 report doesn't "prove" ownership. Proof might be ownership recorded in a public government registry.

The unreliability of the disclosures is evident by comparing 2024-Q1 + 2024-Q2 with 2023-Annual reports. All 3 have a footnote on item 3-B implying that "Lena Beverage Company" is a "newly acquired subsidiary". BUT: the 2023-Annual doesn't list Lena-anything in its "Item 4-B: subsidiaries, parents or affiliated companies". The 2024-Q1 lists "Lena Brewing" as a subsidiary. 2024-Q2 lists "Lena Brewing Company, LLC" as a subsidiary.

So what is Tony trying to claim APRU actually bought? "Lena Beverage Company," "Lena Brewing," or "Lena Brewing Company, LLC"?

The 2023-Annual shows $1.3m cash was disbursed in Q4 for "Investment: Property, plant and equipment". $0 was "Investment in subsidiaries". If this $1.3m was the purchase price for Lena-whatever, then there's, at least, a rudimentary bookkeeping mistake: The $1.3 would be listed as an investment in subsidiary. (Or, if APRU made an asset purchase instead of a share purchase, then Lena-whatever would not be listed as a subsidiary).

The recent amended Q mentions twice that Lena is a subsidiary of Apple Rush Company, Inc. Check out pages 7 and 8. The Q is found on otcmarkets.com. Not sure what glitch you're referring to.

T&S showed transactions at .0028 followed by one at .0032, the closing price, nothing in between. Can you say "thin?"
