I've known the owner for a long time. He had the small cans and the Elements and said they were selling very well. They were delivered by Southern Eagle. Then stopped.

APRU is a corporate mess and isn’t qualified to purchase a brewery in Illinois.

Of course that could all be fixed, but it appears Tony pissed off the wrong people years ago and he can’t get APRU cleaned up.

The fins are junk unless they close on Lena. Tony is using their numbers, but he can only do that for so long if he doesn’t close the deal.

If anyone here has seen his product on a shelf ,take a picture and post it. I haven't seen any product since the small cans of apple rush in some little farmers market here in Florida ,shortly after they were pulled from the shelf for being out dated. Obviously not selling .

They just started a new business venture with Kona Gold, who happens to be another beverage holding company who is supposedly going through a "REVERSE MERGER". This should be interesting, look at their numbers, couple billion shares outstanding with a pps that is almost identical to this operation. HMmmm!!!

This was the response I got on April 15th at 2:13 pm. The Liquor Commission's approve transfers of ownership of entities that produce and/or sell alcohol.

Our Liquor Commissioner did reach out to the owner of Lena Brewing Co and confirmed that LBC is not transferring any ownership to Apple Rush.

Also, when I posted the email from the Village of Lena, Madi’s full name and contact info was there for everyone to see. She said they (Ross and the others) weren’t selling to APRU.

If I had money parked here I would have reached out to her instead of mocking the idea as you and others have done when Lena was licensed through the county.

Regardless, Tony said in a paid promo they owned Lena. You need to figure out who and what to rely on.

is in the Village of Lena. That’s who you should have called, not the county. The Village of Lena would need to approve the sale of Lena to APRU, and there would be a public hearing on the matter.

Lastly, all CURRENT owners are listed on the alcohol licenses issued by the state and are updated DAILY.

But hey, at least you tried.

I just spoke with Diana O. (wasn't allowed to give me her full last name) from the Stephenson County Clerk and Recorder's office re: Apple Rush's purchase of Lena Brewing and subsequent closing. She told me that I needed to go to their office to do a search on my own for the transaction (maybe on my next trip to the US; right now, no plans to do so until at least May, or so, and I currently don't have any flight or hotel reservations). This applies to the business purchase, only, and not to the closing on the property. I asked her at least three times during the course of the conversation, which lasted roughly 10-15 minutes, if closing records can be found anywhere in the county offices and she said no, only through searches, even though closings are public information.

Having said this, we are all still waiting on the OS reduction and samples (nearly a year since Tony mentioned both), to name a couple things that Tony mentioned but has yet to follow up on. That trucking company seems to have driven itself off the face of the Earth and there are other things that have seemed to have disappeared into oblivion.

A transparent CEO would release the fins on time no matter what they looked like. If they were weaker than expected, he'd look for areas in which to improve. A transparent CEO surely wouldn't avoid releasing fins.

Just have some powder dry in case that happens. Always a good time to buy when others take the tax loss. It could get interesting if Toney releases financials along with significant news in January and those that sell for a loss will cry the blues.

Seems like this is more of a risk without fins on time. Still great potential so holding at this level. I'm worried people will unload tax losses if we don't see fins this week though.

Likely the property was sold to get the money to clear any remaining notes Lena had including buying out those other two people.
