The resulting liquid biopsy (simple blood test) enables the investigation of mutations in the patient's cancer for personalised cancer care. ANGLE sells instruments and cassettes for RUO only worldwide and also sells IVD product for use in metastatic breast cancer (MBC) - the Parsortix PC1 Clinical System is FDA cleared for its intended use in MBC and is the first and only FDA cleared medical device to harvest intact CTCs from blood. ANGLE completed an FDA Class II De Novo process. ANGLE is also undertaking clinical studies to support the launch of laboratory developed tests, the first one of which is in ovarian cancer for a clinical application to triage women having surgery for an abnormal pelvic mass to identify those with ovarian cancer. Three 200 patient clinical studies have reported positive headline data with the test optimized and a the most recent 200 patient validation study reported best in class ROC-AUC of 95.4%.
