& Copper Corp. (TSX-V: EGX) (the "Company") wishes to
announce that Robin Slaughter, the
General Manager of its Ecuador
subsidiary, Condormining Corporation S.A. ("Condormining")
has stepped down, effective today's date.
The Company wishes Mr Slaughter every success
with his future endeavours.
Mr. Mit Tilkov, the Company's VP Exploration,
has assumed the position of Interim General Manager in addition to
his current roles with the Company
The Company is undertaking a search for a new
permanent General Manager for Condormining Corporation S.A.
