NOBO lists are expensive reports only available to principals/officers of the firm after they meet all criteria and it is publicly verified.

I think it went to the SEC when we got the financials last week. I read it takes average of 10 to 30 days for SEC approval. That’s just my thoughts. Maybe someone else has a better idea.
