Tremor Video Hires Former Colgate-Palmolive Executive Coleen Collins as Head of People

Tremor Video, (NYSE: TRMR), an advertising technology company elevating brand performance across all screens for the world’s leading brands and publishers, today announced Coleen Collins has joined as Head of People. In this role she is responsible for execution of the company’s talent strategy, initiating new and innovative ways to attract leading candidates as well as further developing programs to retain, recognize and reward outstanding employees. She is based in the New York office and reports to CEO Bill Day.

As Head of People, Collins will oversee Tremor Video’s global talent management to ensure alignment with the company’s business development strategy. She will be responsible for creating an environment that drives performance while allowing employees to excel in their positions, surpass their professional goals and focus on career planning.

Collins spent more than 15 years at Colgate-Palmolive serving a variety of functions including Vice President for Global People Development, Director of Human Resources, Latin America and Director, Human Resources, Global Technology. Most recently she managed her own consulting firm, providing HR services for international and domestic companies as well as non-profit organizations. Prior to that, she served as Chief People Officer at Mimeo for five years and served as Managing Director, Americas and G5 for Marsh, Inc.

She holds a BA in Psychology from Villanova University and an MILR in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
