Well, the process has started; ExxonMobil
is talking to Pioneer, whom I thought would
be casting covetous eyes on Southwestern.
If there's no deal between those two,
XOM or PXD will be coming for SWN.

Here's another possibility : Pioneer Natural Resources is rumoured to be looking at smaller
natgas producer Range Resources, which means.... every other natgas producer is now
going to get the "Who's next?" treatment, including SWN. In fact, they'd be a perfect fit for
ExxonMobil, XOM has ca$h to burn, it needs more natgas in its "mix", and they wouldn't
even have to use ca$h, SWN has an "Enterprise Value" of just less than $11 billion with
1.1 Billion Shares, if XOM offered just $15 / share in XOM stock Southwestern's BoD would
have a tough time saying "No." and not getting every class-action securities law firm after them.
This Pioneer / Range rumour also confirms the bottom is in for natgas.

I think "The fix" is in; today is 2x the 10-day volume average and a nearly 10% price jump; natgas appears to have made its final low, as well; we shall see. With Freeport LNG coming back online, the paradigm has shifted, finally.

Southwestern Energy's Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Operating Revenue Rise -- Shares Gain

11:30 AM EST, 02/25/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Southwestern Energy Co. (SWN) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.31 per share, compared with $0.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.28.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.95 billion, up from $779 million a year earlier.

2.95 Billion vs 779.00 million. Hummmm. Now That's kinda Interesting. Late to the game for me - but seriously? That's interesting.

A New York senator sent a press release about his new bill to add transgender and non-binary people to the marijuana equity program.

A Tennessee representative tweeted about touring a hemp and CBD business.

Ohio regulators posted a draft resolution eliminating the medical cannabis tier system and setting a 90-day supply of plant material as nine ounces, regardless of THC percentage.

Alaska regulators will host working group meetings about marijuana products next month and in January.

Colorado regulators will host a work group meeting about changing marijuana business licensee designations on December 3.

Michigan regulators will hold a public meeting on marijuana issues on December 9.

The Tennessee Medical Cannabis Commission will meet on December 10.

This stock has huge potential and I believe it is completely undervalued I'm just a regular guy but I've been in this stock for a long time. This company is overlooked I believe. By no means a small company.. let her rip. I've been waiting it's coming. With world calamity at a high, this is an American oil and natural gas may absolutely explode in price with our "officially" elected president firing off executive orders.

What will drive the price in your opinion ?

Bought in at 3.25. Look for it to reach 5 by early February.
