3) Retire all the debt

Mixed bag with Comcast here in Denver. We went for years not being able to see Avalanche (NHL Hockey) home games because of some stupid contract dispute. Otherwise, I have had pretty good cable, streaming, and Internet service that I guess is worth the price, for about the last 20 years.
