Dear Sirs:

We have learned that yesterday we concluded the signature process of the contract between Vial y Vives-DSD S.A. ("VyV") -subsidiary of the Graña y Montero Group in Chile- and ENAP Refineria S.A. -subsidiary of Empresa Nacional del Petroleo, a public company in Chile dedicated to the exploration, exploitation of deposits, refining and distribution of oil.

The services that VyV will provide under the aforementioned contract consists in the maintenance of a group of static equipment associated with the catalytic cracking unit of the Aconcagua Refinery, located in the Con-Con district, Valparaiso region, Chile. The service that VyV will develop is related to the plant maintenance stoppage during 2018.

The contract amount is approximately US$ 12 million plus IGV (sales tax) and the period is 120 days since the signature of the contract.

With the award of this project, our group reinforces its backlog and continues strengthening the regional business strategy focused on the engineering and construction sector.
