Graña y Montero S.A.A. (the “Company”) has been informed today by the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) of its decision to grant the Company an additional six-month extension under the NYSE compliance requirements in connection with the Company’s filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the 2016 fiscal year with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The NYSE extension is through May 16, 2018 and is subject to reassessment on an ongoing basis.
