"For the math challenged"?

Verses has $140m market cap, 3.7billion divided by $140m gets you 26x plus some change. Also, that deal locks in Analog in. no matter how much Verses dillutes their shares. And their going to dilute like a mother. This gives Analog a lot of upside if Verses dillutes to say 1 billion shares. I believe these guys may be able to pull off the tech, but there is a reason these companies stay private for awhile, they can raise money at crazy valuations (So their investors don't get murdered by dilution)

For the math challenged, a $3.7 BILLION valuation is nearly a 100X bagger increase in Verse AI stock price from today! But why did Analog pay $10 million just to get the RIGHT to invest up to $90 million in Verses AI at a $3.7 billion valuation?

Very simple--WHEN Verses AI proves to the AI technology world that they have LEAPFROGED Open AI --which just closed another venture capital round at a $157 BILLION pre-money valuation . . .or other private "Deep Learning" large language model companies with an average $15 billion valuation-- G42 is literally HEDGING its massive investment in Analog with the option to invest $90 million into Verses.

Just bought more at .69. I'm thinking buy all you can! This has a real shot to be one of 2025's biggest winners. This is the next frontier!

If they can do the Atari 10k like they've been saying with video proof this will take off. 

It's extremely hard to value this company bc it's based off of hype and story not revenue. Now I like the story but you can't keep diluting at these prices, the shareholders will get wiped out and it will become impossible for them to gain a good return for the risk they've taken

Whether private or public, emerging tech companies look to venture capital and established client-facing distributors of SaaS to form JVs or to take a minority ownership interest in the company if they plan to integrate their technology into the services they provide. Surprised I have not seen any of the latter to this point in time. And the venture portion is still fairly small.

If this was a private co, you probably never get access to investing in it.

After the latest PR,Tobin Smith was telling his followers that Verses was going to 50x.
Yesterday,after Denise Holt's latest writeup,which was quite impressive,Tobin Smith has changed his target to 100x.
He should have a new newsletter for his followers going into the weekend or early next week.

Looks like the bump from the news is over

Like what I see. Bought more today at .81. 2025 could be a huge year for this smart AI company. Like Rene's comment on X yesterday that "this is just the beginning". I really think these guys have genius minds, kind of like Elon Musk. Think outside the box. Has unlimited potential. People in the tech world are buzzing. The next rocket stock....???

People should be paying more attention to what Scott Shaffer says...He has been telling people exactly what was going to happen for almost a year now,without coming right out and saying he's been told...

What do many have missed in the last PR,is that while Verses hit on 100% of the tests,Open AI 'MISSED' on 29% of their tries...Verses showed a demonstration of one where Open AI completed the test,but not of one of the 29 times it failed completely...

Maybe xAI and OpenAI along with NVDA and the LLM companies should be booking some time in the Verses.AI conference room if it is as good as the demo posted on Twitter/X.com implies.

I bought more shares a few weeks ago to average down as I made my first purchase of shares in the .90 cent range. Glad I did. Almost even in one day!. Why? I think these guys are brilliant after doing my DD some time back. Feel bad for those who sold at a tax loss. This has a lot of potential and is virtually an unknown company at the moment. This could make you a lot of money if patient. IMO

For a product/service which isn't super consumer facing. I'd really appreciate it if they could show us the results, not just tell us the results.

For example the Atari 10k challenge they've been talking about. That would either be verified by a 3rd party or they would just post a video of it, not a press release

Is Open AI even aware that Genius out performed them in this test?

What if I suggested this was all about proving to Open AI that their claims were real?...What if I were to suggest that Open AI will come calling soon?...

In the exercise, VERSES compared OpenAI advanced reasoning model o1-preview to Genius. Each model attempted to crack the Mastermind code on 100 games with up to ten guesses to crack the code. Each model is given a hint for each guess and must reason about the missing part of the correct answer, requiring all six code colors to be correct to crack the code. Is anyone here attending the NeurIPS 2024 in person or virtually? Some access to the Verses presentation would be idyllic.

Everything means something. The Final Exam for this semester is on the Atari 10K. But you are right. Next year brings new challenges and a new race. Winning the 10K is a worthy achievement. I like betting on winning horses, not overpaid trainers saddling up inferior entries to satisfy the ego of their owners.

The results for the Atari 10k,imo,will be released this week at the conference...It would provide the biggest impact with the entire AI world in attendance,and would be free publicity for Genius.
Management is staying very low key,and will let the results speak for themselves.

From everything I've seen,their warehousing automation partnerships are all going well,and seem to be deeply integrated into their partners' systems.
Everyone is just waiting for the Beta phase to be over.

The headline on the the PR from the company,on Stockwatch only,said they were conducting the Atari Tests this past week...Tobin Smith stated in 23rd of October Transformity Research report that they would know in '40 days' what those results were,after having spoken to Gabriel Rene in a conference call.And it would be for ALL 26 ATARI GAMES.
So we hear either next week sometime or at the latest the week after.

Keep a close eye on the Canadian newspapers suing Open AI for stealing their content...If they win,then everybody around the world will jump in,and it's either the end of the LLMs,or they all try to pivot to something else.

Once again it is a great read and might cause a shareholder to start salavating. Tobin has really set the table, but the main course is still under the a cloche. Gabe did send out a presser saying there will be announcements and a year-end update. It will be later than Toby thought. Guess we will just have to keep our fingers crossed and hope the news is super solid!

The research report found on your link is very informative but contains information that I already know because the report will be two years old in 10 weeks. But it's still a great reminder of what VRSSF shareholders are hoping will come to fruition. I remember Bitcoin had a slow start and crash, then a huge secondary rally, followed by a crash and now rally #3, or is it #5? Good things take time and markets will be volatile. I am patient, but also anxious for a dump of corporate updates. 🧐

Patience!...It took two years for Microstrategy,after it was recommended by Transformity Research, to make its move from 1998 to late 1999-2000...After it was ready,it went from $8.00 to $300 in one year.This has that potential.
