Research the new CEO James Norrod. The last 3 companies he was CEO of all got bought out. Zhone brought him in last year, specifically to manage a buy out IMO. PPS when he was hired was 2.75, without doing any DD on the financials you would think that the buy out would atleast be higher than that. I'm thinking $4-6, that's just a shot in the dark though. You can tell by the slow low volume decline that this is being brought down on purpose for accumulation.

Been keeping my eye on this one. Looks like a decent time to enter. Thoughts ?

News of a buy out. Everyone is just slowly accumulating, everything under $2 will be a huge profit at some point, and they are driving it down and buying all they can. The trading today is a very good example of how they are doing this. Notice 90k worth of buying today but PPS is even at the moment. Probably will close 1.38 I bet

I purchased a small position at 2.25 the other day; delay for sharing was busy playing elsewhere (accountability delay)

Stock is trading 50% rev; excluding Wells Fargo conversion.....
Cash is only $2m off end 2013. 50% Q3 attributed to restructure - new CEO (who appears to know what he is doing).

They still expect YOY single digit growth by end of Q4....yet trade 50%?
Ceo also throws out a massive 1000% growth potential regarding finerlan in coming times.
Considering a large portion of their biz is global (and all the recent turmoil) I can indrstand their growth slow for Q3 (days to record also increased by 6 days). I think they are optomistic AND accurate that rev will rebound Q4.

This is majorly undervalued or every positive word from management is being grossly misused?

IMO if pps continues to drop it is because the credit faculty is being used for growth; then converted....


So, pps goes up now; or it tanks hard and I buy a large position and make more....by embracing the loss of my small position. With how pathetic the trading is; it will be revealed.

What is going on today?

It looks like the ship is on fire and all the rats are leaving. I'm still a buyer but this decline is tough to take. I added to my position this morning and then the price fell another 10 cents.

Makes no sense. Anyone hear any news or know why everyone is selling so aggressively? Is this all speculators that got in back in January during the big run up and now they are bailing?

This company has generated positive net income for the last six quarters in a row as of the first quarter of 2014. I guess we have to see this as just a good buying opportunity. Scratching my head.
