Our gross loss increased primarily due to an increase in costs for the new EV ARC™ 2020 unit compared to the original EV ARC™ which we expect to improve over time, and due to increases in the cost of materials and delivery services due to supply shortages.

Beam Global Announces Record Contracted Backlog of More Than $7M and Pipeline of More Than $75M

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beam Global, (Nasdaq: BEEM, BEEMW), the leading provider of innovative sustainable technology for electric vehicle (EV) charging, outdoor media and energy security, announced that it has a current backlog of purchase orders for EV ARC™, and other proprietary products, totaling more than $7M. This is a historically high level of contracted backlog for the Company and represents near-term future revenue which is greater than any prior full year. The Company’s sales pipeline has also grown from $50M at the end of the second quarter to more than $75M at the end of Q3 representing a material acceleration of Pipeline growth which is also at historically high levels.

Both backlog and pipeline amounts are comprised of purchase orders and opportunities (respectively) which include EV ARC™ system quantities which are greater than historical averages. Backlog includes orders which have transitioned from pipeline in less time than historical averages. Car News reports that there will be 100 EV models to choose from in 2022 including the Ford F-150 Lightning and several other van, SUV, sedan and luxury models delivered by the large OEMs and new entrants like Rivian and Lucid. Announcements of investments in the tens of billions from the large OEMs are not uncommon and most auto manufactures have committed to fully electric fleets in the next two decades. The U.S. federal government fleet encompasses about 657,000 cars, SUVs and trucks. BEEM should be a beneficiary of the Infrastructure Bill. If they do not see a significant pop in revenue over the next year, they are in serious trouble. It will mean there are other solutions winning out there in the marketplace that may be more advance and/or economical.

Ventura County CA Orders Ten Beam Global EV ARC™ Off-Grid EV Charging Systems

SAN DIEGO, CA, August 3, 2021—Beam Global, (Nasdaq: BEEM, BEEMW), the leading provider of innovative sustainable technology for electric vehicle (EV) charging, outdoor media and energy security, announced that the County of Ventura in California has ordered ten EV ARC™ solar-powered EV charging systems for fleet and public use.

Ventura’s EV ARC™ units are equipped with ChargePoint™ Dual Port and Enel X JuiceBox® chargers. Fleet units are expected to deploy at the County of Ventura Remote Motor Pool locations. Public charging is expected to deploy in Oxnard at one of MICOP’s (Mixteco Indigena Community Organizing Project) offices that serves local disadvantaged communities. Congratulation to all of you that bought in here before I did today..EV charging stations run on solar power...I'm thinking what a great idea..(Why didn't I think of this) something a lot of other entrepreneurs are probably thinking...

I have been in the market since the late fifties..and this might be the best situation I have ever seen...Everything including the MCAP seems perfect.. This is going to be a major disrupter..as it will provide avenues for further employment for solar power while cutting down the carbon footprint...This will resonate with Elon Musk. Who recently retracted his offer to sell Teslas for Bitcoin...Not because he doubts the validity of Bitcoin...But he recognizes Bitcoin "mining" is harmful to the environment.

The option to sell Teslas for Bitcoin..counterfeits Musk's theory that Teslas are environmentally friendly..Musk must love Beem...Who knows, he might buy the company.

I see you guys are having a lot of discussions about selling your positions (shares)...I do not think that is a very good idea. This stock is one of those ones that the hucksters say that they owned it before it went up 10,000 percent...

Is Beam Global Stock Oversold?

Like many electric vehicle plays, Beam Global (NASDAQ:BEEM) has been unplugged. With its share price now cut in half from its New Year's Eve peak, investors have a great opportunity to jump in on a clear EV charging leader.

All fours firms that cover Beam Global have maintained 'buy' ratings. Last month Maxim Group reiterated its 'buy' rating with a $90 price target. This suggests the stock can more than double from here.

While the market may have been exuberant in bidding up some of the EV names, its easy to understand why the valuations got to where they were. The global growth opportunity is huge in the EV space and EV infrastructure in particular. Beam Global Awarded Florida Statewide Purchasing Contract for Rapidly Deployed Sustainable EV Charging Products

SAN DIEGO, CA, February 18, 2021—Beam Global, (Nasdaq: BEEM, BEEMW), the leading provider of innovative sustainable technology for electric vehicle (EV) charging, outdoor media and energy security, announced that the Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) in partnership with the Florida Association of Counties awarded Beam Global statewide contract number FSA20-EQU18.0 Heavy Equipment. The contract includes the flagship EV ARC™ 2020 and EV ARC™ DCFC sustainable EV charging infrastructure systems under the category Power Charging, with a contract term through September 30, 2023. This is the premier contract in the state for police, fire, municipalities and universities.

Beam was awarded the contract after qualification through a bidding process and review by the FSA and the FSA Fleet Advisory Committee. FSA contract prices are extended and guaranteed to any local government or political subdivision of the state, public educational institutions and other public agencies or authorities within the State of Florida.
