The company aquired Dogecoin Holdings without any kind of "proper" US ticker symbol.....SBLCF ?
I consider that to be "poor (management) performance"

Was hoping to more about the Doge payment system or the IP that came with the acquisition of Dogecoin portfolio holdings. Im still trying to accumulate some more so I cant say im upset with the lack of media releases or marketing. Doge looks to be headed in the right direction. I know I wouldn't want much attention on my corp or dogecoin if I were still trying to

Ive been searching for info about this, wasn't sure if SPIR and SBLCF were the same company or not, thx for clearing that up. I was able to buy, in the states, from Charles Schwab, ticker of course is SBLCF, and the commission charge was $6 total. I was able to do 2 limit orders in total; 2nd order placed after the news they were extending the offering. Plz let it be DOGE answer to MicrStrt

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. (the “ Company ” or “ Spirit ”) (CSE: SPIR), is pleased to provide an update regarding its non-brokered private placement offering (the “ Offering ”) which was previously announced the Company’s press releases dated September 24, 2024 and November 8, 2024. As a result of market conditions and increased interest from prospective investors, the Company will be revising the terms of the Offering and no longer proceeding with the previously announced terms.

SPIR in Canada trades on the CSE...which you may have to enter on a watchlist as SPIR:cnx to get it to work....and since you ask it trades on the OTC as SBLCF but it can only be traded by pros and brokers on the OTC because Spirit have not kept it current.... they (Spirit) need to fix that to get some more volume
