Agree in part. You want to keep the fear as long as you can. You want folks to sell off so you can get as many shares as possible. And do it when no one is looking. You often see a big sell before a huge buy and run. IMO

If it's an Australian project, I would expect a JORC compliant technical report (Australian), not a NI43-101 report (Canadian). We shall see.
