      this quarter hopefully we will have better idea how the income is, paying down debt etc and growth, however it will come to a point grst doing 50 million with less debt

      Just think though MTi almost certainly (99.9% sure) are under Exclusivity and Confidentiality clauses (at least) in that BINDING agreement with OMT.

      Meaning MTi could already be making kettle drums of CASH and we all would be none the WISER until the acquisition is made public...
