      I believe it's Comcast from the DD that I have done. There are a bunch of MVNO'S being born. Comcast does not have a nationwide cell phone service they own Xfinity which is another MVNO but Xfinity is only available to Comcast Internet TV subscribers which leaves them a prime candidate.
