Agree I am optimistic and 100% believe the deal is still on track.  Not so happy we aren't current in our filings but clearly there is a reason.  

thats funny. on otcmarkets they talk about affordable housing. thats a euphomism for cheap homes in getto areas. 100% sure on that description IMO

I looked into Angus Martin earlier and he is a go getem young guy. Has some righteous side things going that shows hes got a good heart. Glad to see him running the show now

Musical chairs for CEO has completed another round. Angus Martin is now CEO and President. I have a feeling that was the choice earlier and Stitts was an error. I do think the deal is still on, showing the additional employees here means there is something now.

Josh Ploch has been completely scrubbed from the company profile.  The other 2 besides Darnell remain. Would love hear what's happening. Doesn't mean the deal fell apart, under the impression the deal was closed on.

Be careful. They didn't even file a late filing notification. That means they don't plan to file within 5 days.

Share Structure is totally fine here, even now. Ive seen bloated pigs run to penny plus on talk and drama. Impossible it seems to get by on the OTC anymore, just outsiders looking through the window @ insiders doing what they want.

I am sure something went wrong along the way. No name change @ state level yet. The terms of the deal first went from preferred to common exchange. None of this could even happen if Wiley did indeed own preferred. He owns control and a large chunk of debt here which they just poo pawed out of the way. On top of that, IR and all email contacts have been ignored since initial contact I had with them.

Early October. We will know soon enough with the Q due this week unless extended. Very very unusual. Ploch is not even mentioned as an officer or contact of the company but Angus Martin and Kevin Cox still are. 

When was the last time anyone talked to management? Naza zilch on my end, same as IR.

You like Darnell? HE only failed at EVERYTHING HE EVER DID. took ATWT from 1.00 to .0005. His deal with that movie entertainment strip mall fell apart and closed. And a partridge in a pear tree

Still have NVSOS name change and ticker/name change with FINRA. I asked IR about this and havent heard back yet but I have learned to be patient.

Yeah it will. I expect to see at least a $20M market cap by this time next year.
