Yeah, I saw that. Like how they listed their primary assets already in the new website. Shows they will have instant revenue once the spinout is done. Plus anything else they have holdings of from the strategic moves they’ve already made regarding assets sales.

Excellent. Good to see some movement. I would expect some acquisitions to go along with their planned organic growth. When these guys want to move they move quick. They're to well connected .

People play ticker name change a lot like that…I saw it a lot with SPACs when I did a lot on big boards.

Brokers tend to have a delay in transition and People can cash out with all buys no sells play.

RCRT/NIXX is running. Got halted 2 times this morning. Other than the rebranding news not sure what is causing this. Is it a technical thing with the new ticker?

Agreed. I think they know how to moves things along fast when they want to. I think they moved RCRT to Nas in pretty short order. They know how to navigate this world.. Hopefully we start seeing PR for AESO

Considering they voted on all this stuff for both tickers at the same board meeting, it could possibly sneak up on everyone. We will see I guess.

Interesting how RCRT announces new branding with new name NIXXY, and already have a new ticker symbol from NASDQ and will start trading tomorrow under the new ticker (NIXX). Lets see if they can get FINRA to move that fast in the OTC

What ever comes into the shell, it will be more valuable than it is sitting in this state.

I expect at a minimum 200% increase in market cap

RCRT is hitting new 52 week highs. This should be positive for AESO I would think.

(NASDAQ:RCRT) (the "Company") today announced the completion of the sale of its website and certain associated intellectual property, www.recruiter.com, to Job Mobz, Inc. The sale is part of the Company's ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance shareholder equity.

In conjunction with this transaction, the Company has fully repaid its outstanding senior debt under the terms of the Loan and Security Agreement, originally issued by Montage Capital II, L.P. As part of this repayment, the Company has also reached a debt settlement agreement with a private investor to whom the debt was transferred. This settlement involves the issuance of 720,000 shares of common stock in exchange for the full settlement of the loan and all associated obligations.

"The sale of our website and the full repayment of senior debt gives the Company a stronger balance sheet and greater flexibility for future initiatives. There was an 8K filed for RCRT yesterday highlighting their debt repayment. I think they are dealing with a hangover from drinking to much debt. Looks like its getting cleared out and we will see something soon. There's progress but very slow.

I had said this before that the GOLQ crew doesn’t appear to be competent. My guess was they just wanted a Nasdaq shell for something and some reason. Not sure what, but when GammaRey failed the other Fintech stuff in their stable looked very weak.

I don’t think AESO will be sold. Based on the way the deal is structured in filings they will end up with a percentage of RCRT for the holdings company.

Things change though so who knows. I really do believe the hold up is with Montage because JobMobz hasn’t finished paying for Recruiter.com domain and property.

I'm starting to think the RCRT business is going to die on the vine. Which could lead to them taking the AESO ticker and selling it off. Probably wishful thinking but its amazing how RCRT lacks any progress . I don't believe anything is preventing that entity from operating. Just no traction at all
