There's new information available but sharing it might appear as me being a paid pumper, so I will refrain from posting.

I don't think a highly persuasive shareholder letter at this point would satisfy.

What we need is getting current and filings on deal closures.

Any single negative comment here and then you will become a paid basher. I understand your frustration. This company became very fishy for me when they made that deal with Diagonal (seriously the worst toxic lender out there). Why was Troy so desperate to make a deal with Kramer? Now they have to find a new auditor because their old one was a scam. This management needs to get their act together. JMO.

I think its really funny how people are labeled as "negative" when they ask questions about stuff that doesn't seem to make sense. It's the same with every stock. You die hards always just say, "sell your shares", "you're being negative", "you're obviously a paid basher". You know how f@cked the situation is so besides answering something, you say "dude you are being so negative" 😂

NO DEAL IS SIGNED YET as far as I can see....REV is not recognized and in the account till it is...BTW dude your the most negative person Ive seen...I dont like your karma....Im I happy atm....HELL NO...but they have done things I respect and like not dilute us to kingdom come to pay the bills and wait for revenue from deals to finance the company..not selling shares.

Isn't it kind if fishy that they supposedly have billions of dollars in jv partnerships and agreements but have no money right now?

The deals are all financing deals that will be part of BOPO news direction as per website and pr. They moved away from the crypto cause
gov. regulations are difficult to navigate....so they decide either license it out or sell the HYFI platform.

But I thought hyfi acquired bopo a long time ago. I guess that probably doesn't matter. What about all these crazy huge deals that they are supposedly making?

I think they are just divesting from the HYFI platform not BOPO stock, since BOPO is now a finance stock as
per the business model change they announced. WIN WIN cause if they sell the platform or
license it, that equals instant revenue.

Well have more questions now...is BOPO stock part of the deal if sold or licensed out or just the divesting from
the platform itself? Do they have plans for $BOPO stock itself?

Hyfi just announced that they have been in discussions with two entities that are interested in licensing, joint venturing, or acquiring the whole business. I for one am not sure how I feel about it not that I trust what they fully say anyway. Hyfi did aquire bopo right? They never were able to get the symbol changed for some reason but still

I just want them taking steps to get trading again and realizing revenues along the way. Kohn seems to be willing to communicate so I may get answers to more questions

Why is anyone worrying about news before we can even trade? They keep coming out with meaningless news because they don't have anything of substance yet. I doubt they ever will. If they were taking it seriously, they wouldn't still be interviewing Auditors. They would have one by now. It's been months lol I feel like it doesn't take a lot to find an auditor that isn't crooked. It's not a hard task. He's full of sh!t just like about everything else. Him and troy are crooks. I feel bad for all the other guys who got wrapped up in this scam stock

If they are only interviewing auditors, and haven’t signed one yet, then this won’t trade again until 2025. It takes many months for the auditor to go through everything to file reports. Then it will take months for this stock to get approved for trading again. I am expecting spring 2025. JMO. No one to blame but Troy. Don’t forget you still have to worry about the dilution with toxic lender Diagonal.

Right now I would like to hear something. If the message wasn't quite believable, at least they are still in the game.

Will the shareholders’ letter include news of a done deal for millions of dollars? If not, just more hype to keep shareholders from revolting, imo…

That is what the shareholder letter is for sir along with the past 7 months of being dark, except for pr a few weeks ago.

Seriously, think about it - what good is a shareholder letter going to do when you can’t even trade the stock? Just to help the shareholders feel better? Keep the carrot dangling?

Clearly Mart cares but frustrated with management. I think that is completely understandable. Hopefully the ends will justify the means. That requires some confidence in management which is hard to accept at this time.
