William has pointed out to me that he also has skin in the game so he wants the company to succeed as much as we do.

There is no one to talk to..no one answers at any extension nor to emails.

William said in email they are actively working on updates. Take that with a grain of salt I suppose. Nothing more but at least he responded.

Received response. William has been ill. He has brought in people to finish paperwork and filings should be completed and turned in next week. Updates forthcoming as well. Not sure about timeframe on those.

Don’t like the way we’re looking today. This ticker is just not trading like it has made a favorable merger.
More like it’s dying, dying everyday with NO sign of positivity.
They don’t even show the responsibility to file an extension on their financial due date!
We are dealing with a Company that doesn’t care to be responsible!!!
