People must be ecstatic when they sell this stock. When the volume is horrible everyday (100 shares of volume today and Friday), the bid and ask and ridiculously wide spreads are meaningless. The sellers also don't have to wonder whether the "management team" can ever gain the business intelligence to accomplish something substantive for investors. It's only been 5+ years.

For people who assert that a "company" substantive accomplishment will be happening "soon" (the pushers have looked stupi - I mean clueless - for years using "soon " as there have been no substantive accomplishments), try specifying a timeframe instead of using the vague, meaningless "soon". Let's see if anyone has the courage to define a timeframe for a substantive accomplishment instead of using the hackneyed "soon" that almost everyone disregards.

If the letter on 08/06/2024 was meant to pump up the share price ..Friedman would have sent the PR to many news outlets instead of only via the OTC...he did not....that tells he is not interested in pumping up the share price on wishful thinking and phony PR's to garner interest.......He is actually trying to do what the letter says...sounds to me like something good may be coming soon.........

I read a lot of the pushers' incorrect assertions posted repeatedly on this Board months ago (e.g., merger is imminent, quotes warning sign we be gone from OTC soon). It is wise to ignore pushers when they say something positive will be happening.

Too bad this stock can't do that based on performance. Then again, even the breakout and most active board can't help move the PPS much (as we have seen before). If you want this stock to move, I suggest you hope for something that investors have never seen from the "management team" - a substantive accomplishment that generates revenue

I'm definitely ok with you posting whatever you want. I'm also fine with responding to your posts whenever and however I want.

Reading comprehension: I never said anyone could not respond to my posts. Based on your lesson #1 about everyone posting what they want on this Board, I said hopefully you won't respond to my posts if you don't like/disagree with what I posted. And since you are fine with someone responding to anyone's post, you should be okay with me addressing misinformation posted by a few on this Board.

That is my original post and if I have typos in my posts, I try to change them before the 15 minutes expire. Also, you know nothing about me, yet you feel the need to provide worthless criticisms of my posts. You responded to me initially, not the other way around. What is with this obsession? Are you upset that I respond to the pushers to address misinformation?

You changed your post- plus you dont know my trading history with this stock. But at least you are consistant - you think you know.

If you read my post, it says "more than 50%." If you assert that .002 is a high PPS for a stock after it had been significantly higher, that needs to be corrected (The PPS isn't even at .002 now. I think you are lashing out because you are bitter about being wrong about this this stock for so long. I don't want to upset you but it has to be said - Years ago, if you had listened to people who have been a lot smarter about this stock, you would be a lot better off now.

I don't care what you post. But for example, if you say the pps has gone down 500% from .01 - there is no harm in replying that the most a stock’s pps can go down is only 100% - it is not my fault that reply sends you into a physiological conundrum - where you are trying to figure out why I'm responding to your posts - and trying to get me to stop responding to your posts and respond to other’s posts instead.

So if responding to someone who posts something that you disagree with is fine, then what is your problem with me responding to misinformation posted by the pushers, or anything I disagree with? Think through your answer carefully, so you won't sound hypocritical.

I think 2 things- no make that 3: 1) everyone should post what they want about a stock. 2) trade on what they know about the stock and stock trading. 3) Know a stocks pps can't go down more than 100%

The stock has traded higher than .002. Is .002 good if the stock was .004? If this stock is so great, why is a PPS well below even a measly penny consider good? Also, what matters now is the current PPS, which has been bouncing between triple zeros and the .001s for a long time with very little volume. There is no indication this will change any time soon, if at all, because there are always zeros in the revenue column of every financial report. Do you think potential investors who see the financial reports are going to want to buy this stock? Is this good? Should all the aforementioned information be ignored?

Like you knew the pps was going nowhere when it was trading @ .002 - before trading at .01 + 500% -or Like you knew the pps was going nowhere when it was trading at .0005 before trading at .0015 + 200% - or different?

You seem very bitter probably because you have been wrong about this stock for a long time. A 10-year old could have told you a few years back that this stock was going nowhere. It was a very easy forecast.

That is only your opinion - which we both know means less than nothing. In the mean time - I post what I want when I want and to whom I want. Not sure why you think you can post what you want, but others need to also post what you want.

Until/unless you address the pushers, preferably with a post addressed to each one of them, who have polluted this Board with misinformation for years in attempts to persuade others to buy this stock, you have zero credibility. Now, you just come across as someone who only has a problem with one person, who you feel doesn't allow people to think for themselves. That would be hypocrisy.

I did the same. I posted that traders should trade on what they know-, knot on what other know. and I also pointed out a stocks pps can't go down more than 100% - countering 2 of your lame claims. But for some reason when you do it- its perfectly fine - but when I do it - it physiologicaly changes you.

I post about both misinformation that is posted on the Board and the inability of the "management team" to accomplish anything substantive. You apparently enjoy having misinformation posted on this Board and seem fine with the "management team" accomplishing nothing substantive for investors in 5+ years. From a psychological standpoint, it's been interesting to watch a few people on this Board who appear to be so frustrated about this stock's performance that they criticize, not the "company" which isn't doing anything to help their investment, but rather a poster who has nothing to do with the performance of their investment. What is that all about?

I see we have a fan of the pushers' misinformation and the "management team" with zero substantive accomplishments. Keep telling yourself that this stock is going somewhere, after 5+ years, if it makes you feel like you know more than everyone else.

If you are worried about people not thinking for themselves, I would suggest you address the three pushers on this Board who have been trying, for years, to persuade people to buy this stock based on complete nonsense/inaccurate information. If you don't want to do that, don't worry about the people who have accurately said, for a long time, this stock is going nowhere without a substantive accomplishment. After 5+ years, this stock is now at/near triple zeros likely because the "management team" has not accomplished anything substantive since the inception of the "company" and the quarterly filings always show zero revenue Also, from where the PPS has been for a long time (triple zeros or close to it), it has dropped more than 50% from years back.

Its better for traders to make decisions on what they know, considering everyone on Ihub thinks they ‘know’ like you ‘knew’ in 2021 before the pps went up 500%. Otc traders need to rely on what they know when trading -not on what others know.

If you had listened to people who knew what they are talking about, you wouldn't be down significant dollars with this near triple zero, horrible volume stock. Let this be a lesson for the next time you buy a pink sheet stock.

In terms of being honest, I have provided posts over the years that accurately reflect this "company" while you have provided nonsense to the Board that no one believes (other than maybe the other pushers). Why do you continue to praise a "company" that, after 5+ years sits at /near triple zeros with horrible volume on a daily basis? Why do you continue to praise a "management team" that has accomplished nothing substantive for investors in 5+ years and shows zippo revenue in every quarterly filing? Do you enjoy the humiliation of being wrong all the time? Pease explain this odd behavior.

Pushers - Absolutely no one regrets selling this triple zero POS. This stock has gone nowhere in 5+ years. At this point, it's clear that the "management team" doesn't have the business intelligence to accomplish anything substantive for investors, and they aren't getting any smarter. Perhaps, if they included some chimpanzees on the "management team", something substantive could get accomplished and there wouldn't be zero revenue listed in every quarterly report. Anyhow, the pushers are gearing up for their next round of nonsensical spew (e.g., "the pressure is building, "this stock wants to go up", "looking good"), but as this stock continues to go nowhere, we can continue to laugh at the three moro - I mean clueless people.
