b) On June 8, 2020, the Company eliminated the position of EVP/Chief Strategy Officer, held by Rilla Delorier.

(c) On June 11, 2020, Umpqua Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Umpqua Bank promoted Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Banking Officer Tory Nixon to the position of President of Umpqua Bank. Cort O’Haver continues to serve as President/CEO of Umpqua Holdings Corporation and CEO of Umpqua Bank.
