Item 7.01.		Regulation FD Disclosure.

Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) was made aware that an article appeared on Friday, September 14, 2018, in the Wall Street Journal electronic edition entitled “Trucker Roadrunner Seeks to Pay Off Costly Rescue Funding.” The article discussed the fact that, as previously announced, the Company is in the process of reviewing and evaluating its financing alternatives. The Company’s CEO, Curt Stoelting, was quoted as saying that the Company “expects to ‘complete something’ by the end of the month but is not putting itself up for sale.” The Company today clarified that Mr. Stoelting was not suggesting that a final transaction would be completed by the end of September 2018, but rather that the Company currently expects to finalize and announce its current direction regarding its plans for such a transaction by the end of September 2018.
