Item 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On June 25, 2018, Ming Yi resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Yi resigned from the Company for personal reasons and not as a result of any disputes or disagreements between Mr. Yi and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, accounting, policies or practices.
