Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 20, 2018, Entegris, Inc. (the “Company”) will host an Analyst Meeting at its headquarters located at 129 Concord Road, Billerica, Massachusetts at 11:00 a.m., local time. A copy of the slides that will be referenced in the Company’s presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference. The slides and a webcast replay of the presentation will also be posted on the Company’s website.
