Exhibit 99.1 - Copy of press release that the Company issued on February 28, 2018 announcing that it intends to spin off its subsidiaries engaged in the CBD and hemp oil based businesses on May 31, 2018 . Shareholders of record in the Company on May 31, 2018 will receive the shares of the corporation to be spun off.
