Explanation of Responses:
(1)  Transfer of shares pursuant to the terms of the Warehime 2016 GRAT.
(2)  The Form 4 filed on August 2, 2017 included the disposition code (D) in column 4 when it should have included an (A) for acquisition in column 4 since the reporting person reacquired the securities from the GRATs in satisfaction of their annuity obligation. Additionally, the reacquisition of 816,639 shares occurred on July 21, 2017 and not April 21, 2017 as reported in the Form 4 filed on August 2, 2017.
(3)  These securities are owned by the Patricia A. Warehime Revocable Deed of Trust.
