NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein
Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of
YuMe, Inc. ("YuMe" or the "Company") (NYSE: YUME) is
breaching its fiduciary duties to its shareholders by agreeing to
sell the Company to affiliates of RhythmOne, PLC and Redwood Merger
