Patient Access Solutions Inc., through its management company
PASHealth Management Company Inc., opened its Plainview Center,
specializing in the treatment of Autism, Concussion, PTSD and
numerous other biomedical conditions.
Recognizing this potential, much of our work in 2016 and the
beginning of 2017 focused on building a strong operational
foundation to capitalize on the rapidly-evolving healthcare market
of treating children with autism and adults with other types of
neurological conditions.
Since opening the CIIT Center in January 2017, the response has
been excellent. We have seen and have started treating over 60
children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and have had over 250 adults
with various conditions walk through our doors. The CIIT Centers
insurance billing has exceeded our internal projections by 22% for
the first 3 months and as more media addresses the Center, we
expect those numbers to far exceed projections.
We believe the work we have started with major Autism
Associations, in and around Long Island, NY will prove to be a
value improvement in the quarters and years ahead as the treatment
protocols that our healthcare providers are instituting begins to
revolutionize standard healthcare practices.

improving our capital structure and generating substantial

Looking ahead, there are several key milestones we anticipate
