New Technology Captures Attention of Institutional and Angel Investors for WRFX

PALM SPRINGS, CA -- April 26, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- WorldFlix, Inc. (OTC: WRFX) receives multiple offers for financing while continuing to file for the Regulation A+ offering of up to $15,000,000. In addition, WorldFlix subsidiary Paranotek (which developed the Swantry app for child safety) is beginning a $300,000 "A Round" with Fundable.com.

As WorldFlix has begun the filing process of a Regulation A+ offering (similar to an IPO) by experienced securities lawyer, William Eilers, it has received several financial offers from companies seeking to invest in the exciting technology WorldFlix has announced. Most recently, WorldFlix has announced new cyber data encryption technology that can protect clients data even against a supercomputer. This attention has brought several companies to the table with offers to buy the companys debt, assist with financial restructuring and participate in the Reg A offering. Additionally, the company was invited and has begun the process to list on fundable.com for up to $300,000 to be raised through the fundable.com angel investors.

CEO and Founder Brad Listermann stated, "We are very pleased to have multiple offers to review for restructuring our debt to funding our Reg A round coming soon. The financing plan for WorldFlix will be very solid through 2017 and beyond." WorldFlix intends to announce some of these new relationships and make them available for public disclosure in the near future and is confident that these new finance plans will ensure the company is properly funded to launch the coming Swantry app as well as other planned new products and services from Paranotek.
