2015 RESULTS ARE RESUBMITTED

Mexico; August 19, 2015. - GRUMA, S.A.B. de C.V. (''GRUMA'')
(NYSE: GMK, BMV: GRUMAB) The second quarter 2015 results are resubmitted as a
result of the remarks made by the Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (the
Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission, or CNBV) regarding the
qualitative information contained in the Derivative and Financial Instruments
information. The reported amounts remain unchanged.
