Trig Social Media AB (Publ) Announces the Formation of Trig Pay

Trig Social Media AB (FWB:TRIG)

Trig Social Media AB has formed Trig Pay SARL in Luxemburg for the purposes of releasing to its user-base an e-wallet and card-based payments platform. Trig Pay will be integrated into its Trig Money application and its direct payment application with its Trig Direct user-base. The activity will be managed by Jan Raus as Chairman, Roger Blomquist and Angela Nickel as Directors.

Jan Raus (Dutch, born 1954). was a statutory director for a large cooperative bank in the Netherlands responsible for corporate and private banking. He was involved in the setup and support of YES!Delft the incubator for entrepreneurs originating from the Technical University in Delft.

Roger Blomquist (Swedish, born 1958) is entrepreneur with long experience from building international payment solutions related to travel industry. Roger is the founder and principal owner of Mycab International S.A., which is operating 63 countries with a coherent ground transportation concept, known as Mycab.

Angela Nickel (German, born 1967) is the founder and principle owner of GMPS Holding S.A. (Global Mobile Payment Solutions). She is leading the regulatory aspects of TrigPay’s payment programs. Angela’s strengths lies in the ability to unify a robust performance driven team with proven success in varied backgrounds.

The product will be released on the Spanish market after the Easter holidays. It will run for several months in life testing before its general release.
