("Matmown") (PINKSHEETS: MTMW) (www.Matmown.com)We are pleased to announce that additional exploration work is to be performed on our Peruvian property starting this month. The work is to quantify an already identified vein structure and the possibility of it expanding several more kilometers.

Matmown is excited to have entered into a Joint Venture agreement with the Naomi Callejas family in Chile to participate in the development of a potentially world class copper deposit having demonstrated ore grades of nearly 2%. The Callejas family has been part of the Chilean mining industry for over 100 years and has extensive experience in the planning and exploitation of copper deposits, including processing facilities, smelters and the implementation of new technologies. The patriarch of the Callejas family was formerly the CEO of Codelco, the national copper company of Chile. Codelco is the largest copper company in the world. With associated funding, we believe that the Chile project should be cash flow positive within a short period of time. This opportunity should also open more doors to expanding our presence in Chile and allow us to bring more opportunities into our Company.
