Actually, not random. While they don't apply to Plug directly. The news stories deal with Hydrogen (use or production), which is the business of Plug. I believe hydrogen use is still in its early stages. Any increase in use/production is good for Plug.

Hydrogen as a fuel/energy source is a nascent technology. Yeah it's not profitable, yet. And, under the current president, big companies don't feel like they need to work on unprofitable projects that are better for the environment.

Hydrogen is a word-wide product, not just for the US.Countries that have smog/air pollution problems are still continuing to develop alternatives to fossil fuels. Hydrogen use is inevitable. Costs to public health (from using fossil fuels) may eclipse the financial cost of hydrogen.

"Wall Street" is not all-knowing or all-seeing. "Wall Street" makes plenty of mistakes (Apple, Tesla, Gamestop).

Do you know why EVERY for Profit Corporation has delayed or cancelled their major capital Hydrogen Projects ?

BP, Chevron, Exxon, Linde, Air Products, Air Liquide, Woodside, Fortestcue, have ALL delayed or cancelled their major capital projects involving Hydrogen.

Do you think they might know something that you don't know ? The collective "Wall Street" is pricing PLUG BELOW $1.50. Do you think they might know something that you don't know ?

Something that may not be in the Public Domain yet, so you don't know ?

There is a very sound reason why PL UG is NOT $2.00/share. There is a very sound reason why Hydrogen trials at Data Centers and Bus Fleets and Golf Carts are cancelled or fail.

Australia, Spain, Morocco, Germany are governments chasing pipe dreams and not economic ROI's.

They are not For Profit Corporations, but then , neither is PLUG.

jditi - You are assuming that Plug can execute (on time and on budget ), something they have never done in the past.

You are forecasting a best case, cash-flow positive Plug in 2025-2026.

Don't forget, Texas won't start construction until Late 2025 at the earliest, and won't be cash flowing until 2027.

Texas, if built, will be the only Plug facility which fully meets the 45 v criteria.

Currently less than 20 TPD qualify for 45 v, credits until 2027.

Once upon a time, Plug could raise capital by selling shares for $65.00; BUT ... Today Plug will need to sell 40 TIMES more shares to reach $65.

This means Plug will need to DILUTE by about 500 million more shares in 2025.

It probably will not matter as financial data will come out on the economy and tank the market big time next week is my guess. That may get the Feds attention, but who knows they usually wait too long, and we go into a 'transition' or for Republicans a horrible RECESSION!!! Whatever, we are weaning off a government lead to a freer market economy. With regulations cut and more jobs coming to replace nonproductive government jobs we will take off, but it will take time. Patients is needed. Any Plug long knows about that.

Next week, the media will finally realize that hydrogen is part of the 'all-of-the-above' energy policy.
In the coming weeks and months, we can expect more hydrogen-related news from the DOE.

At the cost of a prototype? It wouldn't make sense. Get the production costs down and put hundreds of thousands (around the US), or millions (around the world) and it makes financial sense.

Maybe, or just use lithium iron phosphate batteries, a solar charge controller, and a solar panel on the roof. I guess it depends on what the weather is like.

I think you are missing the potential. These machines can go where there isn't any power. They can be set in the middle of a park, at the beach, or the bottom of the Grand Canyon ( or maybe just in the nearest parking lot).
