transitioned to HR Director in March 2017. Her passion for creating

degree in Sociology and early experience in social work, Lisa
brought her skills to the business world, excelling in HR roles
across various industries. She has found her niche in rapid-growth

Lisa currently serves as the President of the Greater Valley
Forge HR Association, a SHRM Affiliate chapter in Southeastern PA.

Board at Delaware County Community College and serves as the
Co-Chair of the Campus Philly Employer’s Council. Lisa is
passionate about supporting working women and parents, exemplifying
