UFood Grill Accelerates Growth into Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Headquarters

UFood Restaurant Group Inc. (OTCBB:UFFC) announced today that
they will open a UFood Grill restaurant in FAA headquarters,
located in the Department of Transportation Building in Washington,
D.C. with Sodexo, Inc., who recently announced they were awarded a
7-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
to operate food services at the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA).
UFood Grill CEO George Naddaff proudly asserted, “Our growth

new locations at the Aberdeen Proving Ground military complex in

On a related note, the White House and Assistant Secretary of
Defense for Health Affairs announced initiatives to provide
healthier fare to US dining halls and military bases last month.
The move will adjust the Pentagon’s nutritional standards for the
first time in 20 years, bringing more fruits, vegetables, whole
grains and healthier food choices to American military in the
coming months.
UFood Grill currently operates restaurants in a number of trade
channels including airports, hospitals, shopping centers and urban
storefronts. The company’s airport locations are in Boston,
Cleveland and Dallas. In addition, two units are under construction
at Salt Lake City International Airport, expected to open in late
April 2012.
