The Company has today been notified that following a purchase of
445,000 ordinary shares on 11 October 2001 on behalf of Exeter Smaller
Companies Income Fund Limited, Exeter Asset Management Limited hold an aggregate
of 8,987,450 ordinary 1p shares, which represents 12.57% of the Company's
issued share capital.
