In accordance with sections 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), 
the Company was advised on 3 October 2001 that following a purchase of 50,000 
ordinary shares, Fortress Finance Investment Inc. now holds 342,500 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 4.36 per cent, 
of the issued ordinary share capital.
