that on 14 March 2011 it received a notification by Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited ("Charlemagne"), that on behalf of 
managed funds, as at 14 March 2011 Charlemagne is interested in 9,939,279 or 6.30% of the Ordinary Shares of no par value 
of the Company. Previously Charlemagne was interested in 7,497,779 Ordinary Shares or 4.75% of the total number of shares
