LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - April 28, 2010) - Orsu Metals Corporation (the "Company") 
(TSX:OSU)(AIM:OSU), the London-based precious and base metals exploration and development company, announces 
that on 19 April 2010 it received a notification by Sprott Asset Management LP ("Sprott"), that as at 16 April 
2010 it was interested in 11,400,000 or 7.2% of the common shares of no par value of the Company. In addition 
to the above, Sprott holds 5,700,000 warrants with each warrant being exercisable to acquire one common share 
of the Company at a price of C$0.50 on or before 16 April 2012. Sprott Asset Management LP is the portfolio 
manager acting on behalf of the Sprott Canadian Equity Fund, Sprott Small Cap Equity Fund and Sprott Small Cap 
Hedge Fund.
