                      Exercise of director's share option


Omega International Group PLC, a leading manufacturer of branded kitchen
furniture, announces that Martin Levitt, Financial Director and Company
Secretary, has exercised an option over 85,105 shares of 10p each in the Company
at a price of #1.13 a share. His interest in the Company is now 115,105 shares,
representing 0.4% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. As announced in
January, Mr Levitt is taking early retirement and leaving the Company on 30 June
2007.
