                               Holding in Company

In accordance with the new Transparency Rules, which came into force on 20
January 2007, the Company was informed on 1 March 2007 that, in fulfilment of
their obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, Aviva plc and its
subsidiaries were, as at close of business on 27 February 2007, interested in a
total of 14,333,300 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") representing 8.60 per cent. of the Company's current total issued
ordinary share capital of 166,582,833 Ordinary Shares.

The above Ordinary Shares are held under the registered name Vidacos Nominees
Limited.
