The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30a.m. on Wednesday the 18(th) May 2011 at the Royal Dublin Society, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

A further regulatory announcement will be issued by the Company on or about the second week in April once AGM documentation has been dispatched to shareholders and also made available for inspection through the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK's National Storage Mechanism.
