Extension to the Warm Front contract 
 
 
eaga plc (EAGA.L), a 'Green' Support Services Company and the UK's leading 
provider of residential energy efficiency solutions, is pleased to confirm that, 
further to the announcement made on 23rd April 2009 regarding an extension to 
the Warm Front contract, formal contracts were signed on 22nd July 2009. 
 
 
The final contractual terms are consistent with those anticipated at the time of 
the announcement on 23rd April 2009.
