DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the international media company active in the
field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and
merchandising of Telenovela, has today been informed that Mapal Communications
Ltd. ("Mapal"), and Miella Venture Partners Inc. ("Miella") have today acquired
440,000 ordinary shares of DMG, 220,000 each, at �0.74 per share.

Further to the share dealing, Mapal's direct holding in DMG increased to 270,000
ordinary shares or 1.39% of the issued share capital and its total direct and
indirect holding to 7,245,881 ordinary shares, representing 37.31% of DMG's
issued ordinary share capital. Miella's holding in DMG increased to 4,057,053
ordinary shares or 20.89% of the issued share capital.

Because of their interests in Mapal, Ms. Tamar Mozes-Borovitz and Mr. Nadav
Palti are now indirectly interested in 4,440,132 ordinary shares or 22.86% of
DMG's issued share capital and 1,491,799 ordinary shares or 7.68% of DMG's
issued share capital respectively.

Because of his beneficial interest in Miella, Mr. Michele Igal Arazi is now
indirectly interested in 4,057,053 ordinary shares or 20.89% of DMG's issued
share capital.
