Concurrent Technologies plc ("Concurrent Technologies") announces that it
received notification today that Eaglet Investment Trust plc has a notifiable
interest in 7,992,207 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Concurrent Technologies
representing approximately 11.3% of the issued ordinary share capital.  

Concurrent Technologies also announces that it received notification from
Friends Ivory & Sime plc that its client, The AIM Trust plc has a notifiable
interest in 3,156,469 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Concurrent Technologies
representing approximately 6.5% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Pursuant to the recent Placing and Open Offer, it is confirmed that the
revised beneficial and non beneficial interests of the Directors of Concurrent
Technologies in the Ordinary Shares is as follows:
